上田桃子、全米女子オープンの件は「何とも判断しにくい状況です」って

上田桃子のブログも読みました。
こちら様のブログの主張や過去の動画も見ました。

１つ思ったのは、今まで事実という「画面」で主張されてきたのに、この記事に限っては、日本のマスコミのように、引用が多過ぎるように思います。（上田プロのブログも紹介はしていますが･･･）

上田プロのブログ全文を最初から読むと、受け取り方は人それぞれでしょうけど、ご主張とはちょっと違うニュアンスに受け取れるのですが･･･。

『動いていない、動いていたらすぐ申告する』と書いてある点をどこにも書かずに、判断しにくいとか、難しい状況とかを強調されています。
全く認識が無いのに後から騒がれて「判断しにくい」と言っているようにも受け取れるのですが･･･。

上田プロのファンなどはそもそも問題外です。ルールを知らないでファンになっている人だってたくさんいるはずですから。

もっと、事実の証拠だけで主張したほうが良いのではないでしょうか？

特に進展がありませんね。
てっきりＲ＆Ａの返事が来たのかと思いましたよ。
上田プロのファン相手に指摘しても仕方ないのでは？
もっと次元の違う所で話をしたいのは管理者さんご自身ですよね。
私は上田プロに対しては批判意見です。
当事者は１００前後でゴルフやっているレベルの者でも球の動きは分かりますからね。
球に一番近くにいるのが本人ですから。
分からなかったはうそだと思いますよ。
しかし、戸張さんへの批判はあまり賛成していません。
何時間も映像を瞬きせずに見ていれば分かるかも知れませんが、
ちょっと原稿に目を移す、米テレビモニターにチラッと目をやっているうちに動いていたら分かりませんよね。
そして、その後の上田プロの球を置きなおしを見たら当然放映の時の発言になります。
敢えて上田プロを擁護するとしたら、瞬きしたら動いていた、気が付いたら球に違和感を感じた。と言う事位でしょうか。
しかし、それもあり得ないと思っています。
これが私の思った事です。
Ｒ＆Ａの返事が楽しみです。
私はどの様な返事が来ても「そういう事なんだ」と受け入れますが。

お疲れ様です。
様々な意見もありますが。とにかく悔しいし悲しいですよね、トッププロがゴルフを冒涜しているなんて。その人が「私の大好きなゴルフ」？？？って。あの方がやっているのはゴルフじゃなくショット技術大会であればいいのですが。
しかし誰が考えたのか、あのコメントは失敗ですね。他方でも火種が大きくなってしまって。本当はすべて認めて頂きたいですが、一番良いコメントは「プレー中気付きませんでしたが、映像では動いてるのでプロとして申告します。」だったんでしょう。
ひとつの嘘によって、次の嘘次の嘘と上塗りになっていく最悪のパターンになりそうで。「ビクン映像」の証拠をどう言い訳していくのか。今回のコメントで最後まで嘘で通すしかないでしょう。
USGAの裁定はあって失格でしょう（動いたという事で）、しかしそれを踏まえたうえで厳しく処分できるかLPGAってとこでしょう。
ふと思い出しまして、私の中ではプレー中の故意の過少申告一打もスコアカードサイン後の改ざんの一打も同じだと思います。

良い事書いてあります。2,3年前の事です。
上も下も無いかもしれませんが、今回はトッププロ責任重大。
日本のゴルフ界、スポーツジャーナリズムを信じたいです。

いつの間にか２ｃｈではスレが９まで続いていて、盛り上がってます。ある意味２ｃｈが騒ぐというのはいろんな人にこの事が認知される後押しにもなるかと思うのでいいことだと思っています。（書かれている内容はミソクソありますが、それが２ｃｈというものでしょうし）
ほかのブログにもコメントしましたが、今日のモモコの活躍見ても、他の日本人も頑張ってても冷めた気持ちのまま。

いろんな人が「球は動いている」「気づいたはずだ」と言う。気づいたかは本当のところ本人のモモコ以外分からない。（挙動がおかしくても・・・）
ボールが動いたかどうかは、
①あの程度の移動が規定の「移動」となるのかどうか。もし「動いた」とされたとして、あのアップされている映像自体が捏造（加工）されていないかどうか。テレ朝が映像提供してくれるかどうか？テレ朝の映像事態が捏造されていないかどうか？を検証しないといけない。
だから、簡単に答えが出ないのだろうけど、出ないからこそゴルフ界、マスコミ含めてもっと検証してほしいのだ。
業界関係者は一切この問題に触れない。
これだけ大事な問題で、なお認識されつつある訳で、
本人が正式なコメント（見解）を出している訳だから「腫れ物触らず」ではなく、「私はこう見ている」「いや問題ない」など、みんなプロとしてコメントを出してもらいたいものである。
特に実況していた戸張と岡本には・・・

もし上田が本当に気付いてないのであれば、瞬間パターヘッドは動かなかったしマークして仕切り直しもしなかったでしょう。が、彼女は動いた事に明らかに反応した行動をとっています。
あのマークして仕切り直した事は見方を変えれば、微妙に球が動いた事を周りが気付いたかどうかを確認する作業であり、誰かから何らかのリアクションがあれば申告し、なければスルーするという行為だったと思います。その時なにもなかったので、自己申告したら”もったいない”となったのでしょう。簡単に言ったしまうと、ごまかせるかどうか試したといえると思います。あの状況でそういう判断が自然にできるという事はある意味”したたか”といえると思いますが、裏を返せば今までもそういう行為を重ねてきていて、今後も変わらないという事でしょう。

本人が自分のブログで取り上げた事は評価しますが、その内容は全く評価できないです。

そして、スポーツとして正しい判断がなされる事を望みます。

なんとも江連軍団らしいイカサマですね。

何年か前に横峯さくらが似たような不正を働いて（彼女の場合はアドレスでパターを当てて球を動かしたのに申告しないという更に酷いものでしたが）過少申告で失格になった事がありましたが、其の時の抗弁も「気がつかなかった」でした。
それ以来彼女の応援は止めました。

男子でもありました。
去年の太平洋VISAの三日目、18番でウォーターショットに臨んだ谷原がテークバックで水面に触れてしまったのに、無申告。
その場面はスーパースローで全国に流されてしまったので、違反は明らかでしたが、本人は「気がつかなかった」と白をきり、JGTOも「映像からは確認できない」として失格にはしませんでした。
それまで谷原はわりと好きなプロでしたが、以来彼の応援は止めました。
アベレージゴルファーだって、水面に触れれば分かります。

谷原、横峯、上田、
技量はトップクラスなだけに残念な事です。

みなさんの議論の中で一つだけ可能性として抜けている視点があると思い書き込みさせて頂きます。
決して上田桃子を擁護するわけではありませんが、上田が本当に気付いていない可能性もあると思います。
通常パッティングのアドレスに入った後、数度視線をカップとボール間を往復させると思います。
今回の、ボールの動いた距離はロゴの傾き具合からして５ミリ未満、多分２，３ミリでしょう。カップの方へ視線を向けていたときにボールが動き、視線をボールに戻したときには動いたと認識できない可能性はゼロではない移動量と考えられます。（可能性は低いとは思いますが）何か違和感のみを感じ、仕切直しをしたとすれば気が付かなかったとしても辻褄は合うと思います。
しかし、本人のその後の対応およびブログでのコメントはゴルファーとしての誠実さに欠けるとの感は拭えません。また、本人はまだ世間知らずの若者として、周囲の人間が彼女にちゃんと忠告できないと言うのがちょっと嘆かわしいですね。

getさんUSGAからまだ返答ないですよね、私のとこにはまだ来てません。東スポに記事が出たらしいです。どこからの情報かわかりませんが、なんとなく以前の「説明文書を送ろう」の時の私のコメント内、二日目のプレーに対しての判定を記事にしてるのかなと思います。「このネタ沈静化できるかわかんないけど、東スポでちょっと試してみるか」って感じで誰かが仕掛けたのでしょうか？しかし、いち早くしかるべき対応を日本のゴルフ界もやって欲しいです。

この映像は当日朝見ていました。何事もなかったように２日目が行われていて・・・それからずっと思い出すと私自身イライラ考えさせられます。このままだと、本人にも色々な人にも良くないと思います。
あれは、絶対に動いていてゴルファーとして失格です。現場で気づかなかったにしても映像を見れば判るはずです。人間として・・・行動して欲しいです。
この問題を提示してくれた方に感謝しています。必ず答えに向かうことを願っています。

初めて書き込みさせてもらいます。

僕は上田桃子の身内の者です。友達に言われてここのことを知り一通り読ませていただきました。

初めに…全て読ませていただいた上で言いたいことは山程あります。

数え切れない程。

ですが、その全てを自分の感情のまま吐き出してしまえば必ずとてつもなく不快な思いをされると思ったので、本当に言いたいことだけをかいつまんでお話させていただきます。

まずはブログのことについてです。
あれは紛れもなく本人が書いています。一度情熱大陸でブログが炎上した時も僕のパソコンから書いているのを目の前で見てますし、今回の文章も姉が書いてるなぁとわかる箇所があります。
なにより電話で本人に直接聞いたのでまず間違いありません。
だいいち弁護士や代理人を今回の件で出てくるというのはどういった発想をすればそこに辿り着くのか不思議ですね。
冷静に考えれば普通の人ならわかると思いますけど。

次にファンの方の書き込みについてのことです。
僕は日頃から姉を応援して下さる方には非常に感謝しています。
アメリカツアーに行ってから思うように活躍できていないにも関わらず諦めず応援してくださる方はやはりありがたいものです。

人にはそれぞれ考えがあり文章力も人によってかなり違います。

私はあなたがファンの方の書き込みをひきあいに出している文章がファンの方の考えだとは到底思えません。

あなたは姉が故意に反則を犯したという概念があるからその文章でこういった捉え方になるのかも知れませんが、ファンの方があなたと同じ考えとは限りません。

いえ、あなたと同じ考えではないと思います。

映像は僕も見ましたが、非常に微妙な所です。僕は動いたように見えなくもないと感じた程度の動きしか認識できませんでしたし、一緒に見ていた友達２人は全く動きがわからないといった意見でした。(ちなみにＨＤＤとパソコンの高画質両方でしっかりと見させてもらいました。)

ファンの方も動いていないと捉えていたら？
またはそのことを姉が認識していないと考えていたとしたら？

そういった捉え方をした上で見た時に、あなたがここに書いている解釈はどうでしょうか？
吐き気がしたとかファンは怖いとか好き放題書いてますが、本当に失礼極まりないことを…吐き気のすることを書いているのは一体どちらでしょうか？

そして一番言いたいこと…というかとても頭にきていることは姉の育て方や周囲の人を否定する発言です。
育て方や江連コーチに依存？
いい加減なことを言うのも程々にしてもらいたいですね！！
あなたはどのくらいうちの家庭環境を知っているからそんなことが言えるんですか？
江連さんの指導をどこまで知っているからそのようなことがいえるんでしょうか？

江連さんは門下生にはゴルフのルール上間違ったことは絶対にしないようきちんと教育なさっています。
一度アカデミーの練習風景を見にいらっしゃったらどうですか？
自分がどれだけ間違った情報に踊らされていたかおわかりになると思います。

育て方についてもそうです。

あなたはうちの家族の何をどこまで知っているから私見でそこまで偉そうに人が傷つくようなことを公の場でベラベラと書けるんでしょうか？

父は常に頑張ることが一番大事だと自分の姿で教えてくれたし、母はどんなにスランプでも結果よりも過程が大事だといつも諭してくれました。
一番上の姉は自分を犠牲にしてまで僕達２人の夢にかけてくれました。

そんな家族だということをあなたは知った上でこのような文章を書かれたのですか？
もし知らないのだとしたら無責任なことを書かないでいただきたい！！

ここに書いてあることのほとんどがあなたとあなたの仲間内での議論の中で作りだされた想像であり、それが真実だと疑わない偏狭な視野こそが問題であると僕は思えてなりません。

姉のボールが動いたのを姉が認識したかどうかもあなた達が議論して出した答えは自分達のただの判断基準であって、それもいうなればあなた方の妄想です。
なぜならそれを認識しているかどうかは姉にしかわからないことですから。

姉は人との勝負以前に自分に負けるのをものすごく嫌う人間です。
僕はいつも間近でそれを見てきたし、その姿勢がプロになった今でもずっと変わっていないことを知っています。

そんな姉が認識していないと言っているのだからそれが事実であると僕は信じていますし、ファンの方も信じてくださってます。

この件に関して納得いかないのならしかるべき機関に何度でも問い合わせていただいて結構です。
こういった場所で仲間内だけで議論されるのもいいでしょう。

しかし、こういった姉の周囲の人間や家族、ファンの方々を馬鹿にしたような上から目線の書き方は今後一切しないでいただきたい。

少し感情的になってしまった部分もありましたが、僕なりにできる限り抑えて書いたつもりです。

★そこがこの問題の一番重要な所で、そこを誤魔化してしまっては何の意味も有りませんね。。。。

こんにちは、今回の記事はどうなんでしょう？
ひとつ決定的な違いがあると思います。

ゴルフファン　と　上田桃子選手のファン　では意味合いが違うと思います。
上田桃子選手のファンのコメントを引き合いに出すのはいかがなものか？
ゴルフを良く知らないファンもいます、特定個人を応援する人とゴルフ全体を愛する者とでは今回の事件の考え方が違って当然だと思います。
なのでファンのコメントの節々の一端を捉えて批判的記事を掲載すのは疑問であると思います。

ですが、選手本人の対応が不誠実だと思うのは私も同感です。
プロである以上はゴルフはいわば職業です、その職を冒涜する様な行為はいちゴルフファンとして非常に残念な事に思います。
あの映像をみて動いているようにも、揺れている様にも見えたのなら"なぜ検証しようと思わないのか？"
上田桃子選手ほどの地位であれば、ＴＶ局に映像を提供してもらい、検証することは容易なはず・・・
検証しても尚、動いてなかったのならそれをキチンと説明すれば済む話。
うやむやな回答でお茶を濁すようなコメントは、プロプレイヤーとして自覚が足りないとは思います。

姉思いの弟さんで、美しい兄弟愛や家族愛はよく分かりました。しかし、本来の愛からすれば、時に厳しい忠告や諫言が必要なこともあるはずです。それはルールとマナーです。

浪花節はもう結構です。

他人の事はよく見えて、自分の事は見えにくい。
身内だったら余計にその傾向があるでしょう。
弟さんよ、ボビージョーンズ関連の著作をお読みなさい。

どうして彼が後世まで語り継がれるのか。あなたのお姉さんのとった行動と取るべき行動について、参考となるでしょう。

どのメディアも弱腰でこの問題を取り上げない中、管理人さんの気骨ある姿勢に感服しています。是非、圧力に負けずに疑惑を追及していただきたいと思います。

動画を投稿した者です。

　私が知りたいのは、真実です。ルール的にボールが動いたのか動かなかったのかということです。
　今までの、私の知りうるルール上の判断基準（規則及び裁定）からすると、明らかに動いています。
　ボール右側のラインの位置と傾きを、アドレス直前と仕切り直すためにパターを持ち上げた直後のものを比べれば一目瞭然です。実際に映像と同じようにボールを転がして検証すれば何ミリほど動いたのかはすぐ判ります。
　今回の件でゴルフを統括する団体(USGA,R&A)が動いたと判定すれば、そのあとの上田本人に対する処置は興味ありません。本人の問題です。
　ただし、動いていないと判定すれば、新たに動いたか動いていないかの判定基準を明らかにする必要があると思います。その場合、現場で迷いなく明確に判定できるものでなければならないと考えます。

　世間ではどう思うのか？動いてると思うのか動いていないと思うのか、動いているとすれば上田本人はどういう行動を取るべきなのか。これを放映したテレビ朝日はどうするべきなのか。解説者の二人がこの騒ぎを知って改めて検証し、視聴者に解説する必要はないのか。これらが知りたくて一般の人にも今回の件を知ってもらうことが必要だと判断し、動画を投稿した次第です。

　繰り返しますが、テレビ朝日で放映された映像が加工されていないものであるなら、今までの判断基準からすると今回の件は明らかに動いています。

今回のことで、姉だけでなくファンや周囲の人間が否定されるような言動があるのはおかしくないですか？

真実が知りたい？
それはおおいに結構です。
ただ今回の件で今現在姉に処分が下っているわけでもなくこれから処分が下るというようなことも聞いていません。
ここの管理人さんが事実確認のメールをなさったのは、ボールが動いたと認識された管理人さんの行動としては別に間違いではないと思いますし、いうなれば当然であるかなとも思います。

ただ、ひとつよく考えてみてください。

ここで議論されていることは現段階ですべて仮定の話です。

そこには管理人さんの私見、ここで議論された方達の意見、そして酷いことに２ちゃんねるの意見の引用すらなされています。

本当にゴルフが好きな方同士の意見で、ルール上姉が不正をしたもしくはしていないという議論がなされているのは、別段問題ありません。
ここは強調させて言わせていただきます。
問題ありません。

ただ、そういう人達が全てというわけではありません。
その中にはただ姉のことが嫌いで叩きたいだけの人や、今回の騒ぎをお祭りのように勘違いされた方も私が見る中で大勢見かけられます。

そういった意見に流され、ここの記事が当初の｢過少申告ではないのか｣というものから少しずつ真実とは異なっていることまで載せて意見を仰ごうとしているもの、いうなれば少し悪意のこもったものになっているように感じたため、我慢ならず書き込みをさせていただいたわけです。

この件に関する２ちゃんねるのスレも全てではありませんがある程度読ませていただきました。

正直いって見るに耐えないくだらない言葉や意見を述べておられる方もいらっしゃいました。
僕はそういった方には反応しませんでした。

ただここの管理人さんはちゃんとした形で(まぁ私見が入る前の記事までですが)この問題を捉えみなさんに意見を仰いでおられているように感じました。
また管理人として記事を掲載なさっている義務というものもあります。

そうした方の私見を入れた事実とは異なる記事、またそれに対してのみなさんの反応。
これに対してはどうしても我慢なりません。

２ちゃんねるでも騒がれていたブログのゴーストライター説なんてとんだでっちあげもいいことです。
しかしそれがこうした場でも取り上げられている。
これは悲しいことですし、許しがたいことです。

仮定の話で周囲の人間やファンの方がここまで言われることは冷静に考えておかしいという話をしたまでですよ。

ボビージョーンズを出してきてる時点で今回僕が伝えたいこととの論点がズレてるようにも思えますが。

匿名さん（桃子選手の身内さん）へ

身内さんとしての想いわかります。
事の真偽を追求することに直接関係ない謂れのない誹謗中傷などは
身内として黙っていられないこともあったのでしょう。

今回の件は不明な点がいくつかあり、いらぬ憶測を招いているのも事実です。
そこで、桃子さんご本人とも連絡をとってらっしゃるようですから、もしご存知で回答に差し支えないようでしたら教えてください。

このコメントについてですが、先日東京スポーツ紙で今回の件についてはＵＳＧＡが「問題なし」と判断したとの記事が掲載されましたが、他のメディアが全く報じていないことと「東スポ」の記事の信憑性から報道内容の真偽が疑われている状態です。
実際はいかがだったのでしょうか？東スポの報道は事実だったのでしょうか？つまり既に裁定が下りているので上記のような発言をされた
のでしょうか？

お手数をお掛けしますが、もし事実を知っているのであれば宜しく
お答えください。

上田プロの家族になりすましてのコメントは戴けませんね。
もし本当だとしたら、お姉さんに怒られますよ。

あなたが何と言おうと（友達さんとビデオを検証しようと）、
ボールは明らかに動いています。
文字通り一目瞭然です。
本人が一番分かっている筈なのに、弁護士特有のあいまいなコメントなんかをブログに載せるから話がややこしくなるんですよ。

江連軍団がルールやマナーに厳しい？
笑わせないで下さいよ。
日本女子で江連プロが諸見里プロのバックを担いだ時に、下品な掛け声の余りの煩さに同伴した不動プロからも、解説をした森口プロ（だったか？）からも放送を通じて指摘を受けたのを知らないのですか？
先日の試合でも諸見里プロが、同伴者の福島プロに、「止まって。（人が打つのに前を歩くんじゃない）」と叱られたのを知らないのですか？
江連プロがマナーに厳しいなんて思ってるのはあなただけです。
百歩譲って、教育はしているのかもしれませんが、今回のあなたの”お姉さん”の件といい、何ら実践されてません。

ネット社会で本人かどうかなんて確かめることは出来ないので
「弟さん」かハンドルネームが「弟さん」か分からない。
ただ、「弟さん」が書き込まれている通り、共感している所と、
皆様に伝えたいことがあったので再度書き込みます。
私はこのブログに「よし」で書き込んでいるので私の過去の書き込みで
「弟さん」には判断してもらいたい。

①ここの掲示板が２ｃｈのように成らないことをお願いしたい。
「弟さん」が述べているように、「この１件」に触れているサイトは
何箇所かある。（２ｃｈや動画サイトも含めて）
ただ、この掲示板はほかのところと違い、「ゴルフのルールと解釈」
について、この件はどうだったのか？過去の範例など参考にしながら
検証するスタンスだったと思う。
反論・判断すべき対象は他人の感想では無く事実であってほしい。
だから、この掲示板の流れ（３スレ目）は私も本来の趣旨からずれつつあると思う。
ここは上田を叩くところではなく、あの行動がどうだったか、あれは動いているのかを
検証するところであって欲しい。

②ファンや師匠、家族は関係ない。
この件は、上に書いたように上田桃子以外、一切無い。この話で「坂田師匠」にまで
意見が及んだ書込みを見たとき私も不快になりました。「弟さん」の意見はもっともです。
が、あえて、テレ朝と解説していた２人、唯一判断できるLPGAは今回の関係者として
今後も意見を言わせていただきたい。

③上田桃子の行動
嘘かどうかは本人以外分からないし、私はモモコ本人の発言を信じています。
前も書きましたが、モモコの行動は私にはどうでもいいのです。
その上であえて言うなら、「自分に一番厳しく」がゴルフであり、そのプロなら、
「自分では問題ないと判断したが、LPGAの判断も仰ぐ」という行動が
プロゴルファーとしての姿勢だと思います。
今回の上田の「動いたかどうかの判断基準」が私と差があり、その後の行動が
私の好きなプロ行動から外れたのであえて、「残念です」という言葉ととも戸張、岡本と同様、
嫌いになりました。

LPGAでもJGAでもどこでもいいのです。いちゴルファーとしてあれが
「動いたか、揺れただけか、判断つかないものなのか」キチンとした
ルールに基づいた基準、判断が欲しい。これからもゴルフを愛していく上で
だからこそ、ほかの関係者の意見を聞きたいのです。
谷原の池ソールの時もこんな感じでした。だれも「腫れ物」として触らない。
これではゴルフ関係者を嫌いになる一方です。

かなりの長文になり、ブログを汚してしまいました。すいません。

僕がわかって欲しかったのはそこなんです。

今回の件だけではないですが色々問題が起こった時に姉はもちろん叩かれるんですが、ファンの方の悪口や自分の親の育て方を否定するような意見で僕は何度もくやしい思いをしてきました。

ただ今までのこと(藤田プロとのプレーオフや情熱大陸など…)は姉の軽率な行動や態度、テレビの編集の問題などもあり、気を悪くされる方もいらっしゃって当然だと自分に言い聞かせ、姉に関わる者ならばしょうがないとアンチや心ない暴言にも耐えてきました。

ですが、今回姉は全米という大舞台で一生懸命プレーをしました。
プロだから一生懸命するのは当たり前だと思われるかもしれませんが、色んなプレッシャーとの闘いの中よくやってくれたと僕は思っています。

一生懸命プレーして何故ここまで嘘をでっちあげられ、ファンの方や周囲の人まで叩かれなければならないのでしょうか？

疑わしい点があるのは事実認めますが、なぜ姉が気づいていたのに黙視したとなるのでしょうか？

姉は動いていたとするならば本当に気づいていなかったと言っていますし、それを色んな角度から検証し、でっちあげともとれるようなことを書かれれば姉から直接話を聞いている立場の人間からしたらそれはおもしろくないですよ。

USGAの件ですが姉がまだ全英という大事な試合を控えていること、時差の都合でなかなか連絡がとりあえないこともあって深いところまで突っ込んだ話はまだ正直できていません。
ですが、その後姉や両親から連絡が無い(何らかの処分が下るのなら心配していた僕にも連絡をくれると思うので…)というのを考えると既に問題なしという裁定がおりているのかも知れません。

ただきちんとした事実確認ができたわけではないのでまだここまでしか言えないという状態です。

力不足ですいません。

僕が一貫して言いたいのは、姉のファンや周囲の人間を馬鹿にする、あるいは批判するのは今回の件では明らかに不要であるということです。
家族は僕の誇りです。
それらが批判されるのを黙ってみてられる程器のでかい人間じゃありません。
僕は姉を尊敬しています。
偽りがあると思った部分は全力で否定させていただきます。

ブログはちゃんと本人が書いています。
文章を見ればわかります。
これは１００％事実です。
確信がなければこんなに強調できません。
あなたは弁護士が書いたというのはどういった発想からでてくるのですか？
ぜひお聞かせ願いたいものです。

もし確証もない思いつきで書いているのならば今後改めていただきたいと強く願います。

江連さんの件に関しても少なくとも姉は指導されています。
これはそういう現場を自分の目できちんと見ていますから間違いありません。

ただ、あなたがおっしゃる通り姉を含めた門下生の方がその教えを実践できていないというのも事実です。

そしてそれを実践させられていない江連さんの力不足もあるかと思います。

そこに関しては批判されてもいたしかたない所があるかもとは思いますが、イカサマ軍団などと書かれているのはどう考えてもおかしいです。
そこは理解していただきたい。

了解いたしました。
立場上難しいかと思いますが、今回の件に関する不明点を払拭できるような「事実」がわかりましたら今後も情報提供いただければ幸いです。

初コメです。
俺は上田選手を応援してますが、今回の件は「動いた」、と申告して欲しいと思ってます。
もし申告しないなら、周りが「申告しよう」という動きを見せて欲しいです。
何故なら、上田選手のファンである前に、ゴルフファンだからです。

上田選手が今こうしていられるのは、ゴルフと言う競技が愛されてるからでしょう。
勝ち負けはもちろんルールやマナーを尊重する、そういう競技ですよね？
それを少し考えて欲しいです。

誹謗中傷は最低です。

ただ、今回の件は、上田選手の問題だけではないと思います。
純粋なゴルフファンのためにも、キチンと対応して欲しいです。

私も初コメントいたします。
上田選手自身、ボールが静止状態では無いと認めていらっしゃいます。
で、あれば、「難しい問題」では無いと思います。
周囲の人間がしてあげる最大の思いやりは、誤った道に進ませない事だと思います。
ご両親は結果より、過程を大切にされているなら、尚更です。
そして、それによってバッシングが起きてしまったら、その時こそ守ってあげるのが、師であり家族ではないでしょうか？

本人がこれをどう捉えていて、これから何らかのアクションを起こすのか？
それについては正直な話僕にはわかりません。

ただ、今現段階で僕にわかっていることは、姉がプレー中ボールが動いていたと認識した事実は無いということであり、それについて好き勝手な見解、または行き過ぎた想像、周囲の人間に対する批判はおかしいのではと意見しているわけです。

上の２つの動画を見て，あなたの目には，本当にそう見えるのですか？

ボール右側のマークの位置と傾きが、アドレス中と仕切り直しのときのものとは異なることに対してはどう解釈されていますか？

一見、筋が通っているようですが、そういう意見が出るのもすべて上田桃子選手の不誠実な対応にあると思いますよ。
ボールが動いたかも？というのは大会期間中より騒がれていましたし、関係者も知っていたはずです。
身近な人は誰も忠告できなかったのでしょうか？忠告しなかったのであれば周囲の人間が非難される理由にもなると思います。
それを戦火が拡大したからといっていまさら記事に対して不正不満を述べたところで、関係者も含めて自業自得と云わざるを得ないでしょう。

過去にも不用意な発言で批判を受けたことがあるにも係らず、なにも糧にしていないのでしょうか？
事件が起こる度に酷すぎる対応へと変化しているような気がします。
プロスポーツは多くのスポンサーやファンによって支えられています。
その人達を裏切るような行為はプロとして失格です、残念でなりません。

突っ込み所が見当違いなのが残念です。
ブログ記事に、（ビデオを見た後）「動いた様にも、揺れた様にも見えます」とあったので、
少なくとも「静止状態では無い」と認識されたと考えたのであって、
憶測の書き込みを鵜呑みにしたわけではありません。

皆さんが言う様に、ゴルフは自らが審判で、自ら判断すべきです。
したがって、申告もせず裁定を待つと言う事は、グレーのまま「逃げ得」を待っている様に取られても仕方ないと思います。

何をどう捉えたら

別に憶測の書き込みを鵜呑みにしていませんか？などとは言っていませんし、思っていません。

ただゴルファンさんの捉え方に少し違和感を感じてしまいます。

さて，
あなたの目には，下のほうの動画の２分９秒から２分１０秒にかけてのボールの転がりが認識できず，２分２４秒におけるボールのマークの傾きと，２分２６秒のボールのマークの傾きが同じに見えるということですね．

それはどう考えても無理があるのではありませんか？
あなたや上田桃子選手がそう主張されることが，信頼を著しく損なっているとは思えませんか？

これが動いていない（転がっていない）というのなら，ゴルフというスポーツはルールのあいまいな，いい加減なスポーツに成り下がってしまいます．

そのことをみなさん（ゴルフを愛し，真剣に取り組んでおられるかたがた）は危惧されておられるのではないでしょうか？

再度、皆様にお願いしたい。
①現場ではモモコは気付かなかった。
（どう反論されようが、本人以外立証できないし、本人の証言が「事実」となる）
これが今回の話の前提。その先を話し合うのがこのスレの目的でしょう。モモコが現場で気付いていなかったかどうか、ある意味どうでもいいのだ。
「弟さん」があの映像をみて、どう判断しようと、何の意味も持たない。だから、「弟さん」が「動く＝ボールの移動」という判断基準が違うだけの人が「弟さん」にどうこう言うのは止めていただきたい。
以前書込みがあったように、プレー終了後であっても、ビデオ映像などで検証・処分することが出来る。
ウィの時や、横峰の時のように「本人は気付かなかったこと」を指摘し、事態が変わったケースがある。その指摘した人と同じ権限（記者などの権力）をここの管理人さんが持っていたら、この問題は違う方向に進んだのか？

ルールとは万人が納得できるもので無ければならない。
たからオフィシャルな立場の人に検証してもらいたいのだ。
どなたかが書かれていたように検証した結果、あの映像では

①動いている②動いてない③揺れただけ④あの程度の動きは問題ない。
などの判断をし、もし④であれば、その場ででも後日でも判断できるように「何ミリまではＯＫ」みたいなキチンとした基準を提示しなくては、逆にグレーを残すことによって今回のモモコの様な禍根を残してしまうと思うのだ。

ここの管理人さんはUSGAにメールでこの件を確かめていらっしゃるようですが、ほかに方法が無いものかと考えています。

あと、こんなところに書いても無駄かなと思いましたが、「弟さん」とゴルフを愛する方たちが多いこのブログにあえて問いたいので書きます。

「ラッキーな結果もアンラッキーな結果も全て受け入れる。なぜならそのショットしたのは自分だから、全ての結果を受け入れる。全ての結果の原因は自分にある」という姿勢がゴルファーだと信じてます。
素性の知れない人でも書き込める此処と違い、「書込みが出来るのは登録者のみ」のモモコのブログで今回、モモコにとって不快に感じたのかどう感じたのか分からないが、いくつかのコメントが削除された。削除したのがブログ管理人か、モモコ本人か、コメント投稿者のだれか分からないので憶測で言うのは気が引けるが、先ほどの「全ての結果の原因は自分にある」というゴルファーの姿勢として受け入れられないのは私だけでしょうか。

この意見が変わることはないと思います。

初めから動いたと思っているのなら僕はあのような書きしません。

それとひとつ申し上げておきたいことがあります。

僕は｢ボールが動いたかどうか｣

このことに対する議論は全く問題ないと初めから一貫して言っています。
僕が問題視しているのは、それで何故関係の無い人が叩かれなければならないのかということです。

こちら側の立場になって考えてもらいたい…といっても無理な話かもしれませんが、好き勝手なコメントや悪意あるコメントが多すぎます。

そういう人達の行き過ぎた議論が、でたらめなことをでっち上げるきっかけになっていること。
そしてそのでたらめなことに対する反応はこちら側からすれば見るに耐えないものです。

それを踏まえた上で、この問題に関する管理人の記事を初めから今まで読んでもらいたい。
記事に対するコメントがどのように変わってきているか読んでもらいたい。

僕が書き込みをした理由がわかってもらえるかもしれません。

匿名さん、動いているかの議論をはぐらかしているのは、上田選手とあなたではないかと思います。
特に、上田選手のブログ上での曖昧な記事が、必要以上の余計な書き込みを呼んでいる様に思えます。
「動いた」と言うのをゴルフで言う所の1打罰の「動いた」になるかどうかを別にして、全くの静止状態では無いように見えませんか？

例えばサッカーでボールが手に触れた場合、あなたならどうしますか？
「触れた様にも触れてない様にも見える」等と言いますか？
日本を代表するプレーヤーにそんな行動をして欲しい人がいるでしょうか？

イチローや中村俊輔には、結果だけでなく、誇りを持ってプレーして欲しいと思うのは私だけではないでしょう。　
同じようにに上田選手にも、誇りを持って「動いていません」と言っていただくか、
「動いたので、裁定をお願いします。」
と言っていただきたいのです。

いろいろと考えさせていただきました。
家族や周りの方がありもしない行き過ぎた誹謗中傷に対する心中お察しします。

まず以前の私のコメントでゴーストライター等の件謝罪します。
反対側の意見になるかもしれませんが、理由を述べさせていただきます。
映像のとおり、ボールに書いてあるラインが傾いてる事は事実です。これは仮定ではありませんよね、定規などをあてて頂ければわかりますよね。もし仮定があるならば、映像が本物か捏造かだと思いますが。
これを、動いたという人達は「動いてないかもしれない」とは言いません。自信を持って「動いた」としか言いません。
しかし、反対の人達、上田選手は「動いてるようにも見えるし、揺れているようにも見える」。自信を持って「動いてない」と断言できず曖昧な言葉をされるからです。
この濁してる曖昧さは映像の証拠があるからじゃないですか。動かない物は微動だにしません。
事実を見ないようにしているのでは受け入れようとしないのではというところから、いろいろな方面への批判に繋がったのではと考えます。
確かに酷すぎるコメントなどはもってのほか許せません。絶対に賛同できません。しかし一部の方も言うとおり今までの言動などがそうさせてるのも一理あります。プロはファン（上田ファンとゴルフファン）とスポンサーそしてマスコミ（一部悪意を持ったマスコミもいるでしょうが）に深く関わります。賞賛されるのも批判されるのも表裏一体です。今回のように自分のことで周りの大切な人を巻き込んでしまうことだってあります、トッププロなら尚更。それを覚悟してプレーや言動に責任を持たなければならないと思います。
繰り返しますが、悪意に満ちたコメントは論外です。

これからは私の意見、希望になりますが、動いたとされる瞬間にアドレスを解くというよりビクッとしてますが、あの瞬間の心境を確かめて頂きたい。
このことには、ブログにもコメントが無いので。
違和感がある場合、普通にスッとアドレス解くならわかるのですが、タイミング的にもボールの動きに対する反射と考えさせられます。

嘘であろうが本当であろうが、本人が言い切れば事実。というのもわかりますが、ゴルフには正直であって欲しいです。
結局、私は気付いてたろうと思ってます、正直。でっち上げでなく疑惑を持ってます。他にも多くいらっしゃるでしょう。ゴルフファンとしてすべての真実を知りたいです。
エビアンでも６連続バーディとか凄いポテンシャルを持っているのですから、こういう局面でもしっかり対応して、真のトッププロになってくれる事を期待してます。真のプロであれば誰であれ日本人選手が海外で活躍するを嬉しく思うはずです。

これは、おかしいです。

今回の件のファンのコメント、
あれは上田選手を元気付けようとしてるんだな、と言うことはわかってます。

でも、あの内容は、ほとんどがゴルフに対する冒涜です。

それどころか、純粋に今回の件を、事実を元に追求しているゴルファーに対して、
馬鹿にしてるとしか言えないです。

今さらビデオ引き出してあーだこーだいうやつはどうなんだとか、
これくらい問題ないじゃん、等、1ゴルフファンとして見るに絶えないコメントが並んでます。

純粋なゴルフファンが追求してることを、まるで揚げ足取りだ、とコメントする人間は、
俺は許せません。

仕切りなおしたのは、なんで？？？
転がった所をみて無くてもボールを置き直したときに
ボールマークのズレには気づいてほしかったね。
普通は気づくと思うけど。

あの場で上田プロが、球が動いたことに気付いたか否か、
というのは議論できないと思います。
アドレスを解き、マークして仕切りなおした行為は、
「リセットして気分転換した」という意見と、
「もしストローク後に指摘されても、
ルールにのっとってリプレースしたと言う保険をかけた」
という意見があります。
こればかりは、真実は本人にしか分からず
その本人が気付かなかったと言っているのですから、
もはや議論の余地は無いように思えます。

ですので、議論は球が動いたのかどうかという点に絞られるのではないでしょうか。
私は映像を見て、確実に球は動いたと確信しています。
ディンプルがハッキリとカップ方向に動いていく様子が見て取れる。
そしてアドレス前と後でボールのロゴの位置、向きが変わっている。
これは映像から容易に確認できる事実です。
試しにゴルフを全くしない妻に映像を見せて、
「これって球動いてる？」と聞くと、
「うん、ちょっと転がったね。」
という明確な返事でした。
（余談ですが、その後にこの話をしたところ、
「はぁ？こんな少し転がったくらいで1回打ったことになるの？」
「なんか可哀想。いいじゃん、このくらい。」
「ゴルフってけっこう細かいスポーツなんだね。」
という意見だったのですが・・・）
とにかく、見る人によっては結論が異なるかもしれないとか、
そんな曖昧なレベルの映像ではないことは明白です。
動いたという証拠は？と聞かれれば上記を挙げられますが、
動いていないという証拠は？と聞かれても
それは無いと言わざるをえません。

この映像を見て、
動いたようにも見えるし、揺れているだけのようにも見える。
誰も見ていないので難しい問題だ。
という曖昧な言い方をしていることに問題があると思います。

疑惑をかけられている以上、
プロゴルファーなら、明言しなければなりません。

「映像を見たけど、球は動いていない。
よって私は申告の必要は無い。」

「映像を見たが、どちらとも判断できない。
よってUSGAに判断を仰ぐことにする。」

「映像を見たら動いていた。このことを申告し、指示に従う。」

この3つのうちのどれかを答える必要があるはずです。
なぜそれをしないのでしょうか？

自分のこれから取るべき行為について何も言わなかったブログと、
曖昧にアドレスを解いて球を置きなおした行為が、ダブって見えます。
結果がどちらに転んでも言い訳できるようなその場しのぎに感じてしまいます。

それと、どこかの新聞で
「既に問題無しという判断が出ていた」という記事を見ました。
これは本当なのでしょうか？
なぜブログでは一切触れていないのでしょう？
「映像はUSGAが確認した。結果ペナルティ無しの判断になった。」
この事実を書くことで何か上田プロに不利益があるのでしょうか？

私としては、
「自分では判断できないので速やかに然るべき機構に判断を委ね、
プロとしてその裁定に従う。」
もしくは、
「既に判断は仰いでおり、問題無いという結論を得ている。」
ということを＜上田プロ本人の言葉で＞語っていただき、こんな話は終わりにすればいいのにと思っています。

こんな話っていうほど軽いもんじゃないと思うがな。
これはゴルフの根底を支える重大な問題。
動いたかどうかだけじゃなく、認識していたかどうかも含めて。

またマーカーもあれぐらいの動きであればプレーヤーから離れていると判らないと思います
　
ただＴＶカメラだけはパターヘッドにズームしていたのでその瞬間の映像が記録された

　
しかし一連の流れの中で行われるゴルフプレーでその組の誰もが認識していなくて、プレヤー自信も認識していなかったら・・・
　
それを後から番組を見た視聴者によって指摘された
そのような事で試合の結果が左右されて良いのでしょうか

皆さんは頭から上田プロがボールが動いたのが判っていながら
プレーを続行し申告もしなかった的な発言が多いように見受けられます
また皆さんがこの様なインターネットの掲示板等で指摘している
にも関わらずＵＳＧＡ等が対応しないことに苛立ちを覚えてさらに
エスカレートしているように感じます
　
みんさんの言っている事は一理あるとは思います
しかし皆さんはレフェリーでもマーカーでもルーラーでもありません

この様な掲示板で初めて情報を知った人も居るでしょう、一般的な視聴者なんです
自分たちの主張が通らないからって大騒ぎし批判を繰り返すのはどうかと思います
　
最終的にＵＳＧＡもしくはＵＳＬＰＧＡから何らかの裁定が下されると思います
もしそれが皆さんが思っている裁定と違った場合、皆さんはどうされるのですか？？
今度はＵＳＧＡやＵＳＬＰＧＡを批判するんですか

ＵＳＧＡ管轄のゲームはＵＳＧＡに全権限があるのでＲ＆Ａからの

プレーヤーがスイングを始めた後に球が動く（テレビカメラのズームレンズがこの事実を捕らえていた場合）
質問： パッティンググリーン上で、プレーヤーがアドレスしてパッティングのためにパターヘッドを後方に引き始めた直後に、球が少し動いたが、プレーヤーは気付かずそのままその球をプレーした。この場面が偶々テレビにアップで写し出され、これを観た視聴者から委員会に情報と質問が寄せられた。この場合、どのように裁定すべきか。
回答： 委員会は視聴者よりの情報を取り上げ、事実関係の確認を行うべきである。視聴者より指摘されたことが事実であれば、プレーヤーは規則18-2b違反の１罰打を付加しなければならない。
委員会は、それがテレビ視聴者よりの情報によるものであったとしても、真実が明らかになった以上、事実に基づいて裁定を下さなければならない。また、プレーヤーはテレビ視聴者よりの情報は必ずしもプレーヤーに不利なものばかりではなく、プレーヤーに有利となる場合もあるということに留意すべきである。

上記はJGA裁定集ですが、特に海外では生中継が多いので、海外の放送局は度々怪しいシーンを確認の為繰り返し放送したりします。

匿名様のお言葉（ボールは動いている、レフリーは自分自身等）は正しいです。
ただし、少し解釈のされ方が違うかと思います。
管理人さんを含め色々とコメントを残している方は殆んどゴルフファンだと思います。それを踏まえ、まず匿名様にも上田ファンでなくゴルフファンとしてお考え頂きたい。
上田選手のボールが動いたのでなく、あるプロのボールが動いたと。
先ずその場で認識があれば当然自ら申告しなくてはなりません。
もしその場で認識が無ければ申告しようがありません。しかし後に映像で動いている事を知れば、自ら申告又は主催者に裁定を仰ぐべきです。自分自身が審判ですから。
その場で認識してないんだから、後から映像見た他人から言われる筋合いは無いのではなく、事実に基づき判断しなくてはなりません。
それを本人ブログで曖昧な発言の上、自ら何もしなかったことで火種が大きくなってしまったのです。

しかし認識については本人しだいなのでどうにもできません。
だからこそ匿名様の言う、「認識していたか否かの問題、認識していない人を罰する事はゴルフでは出来ない」が重要で、この「認識」が嘘でなく真実でなければ意味は無いと思います。

大会二日目最中に送ったメールには素早い返信だったのですが（私が違反の日付を書かなかった為、２日目のプレーに対してUSGAからビデオを見た結果問題なしという判断のメールを受け取る（これが東スポの記事の事かもしれませんが））。
その後、正確なメール、裁定までどれ位かかるかというメールにも返信ありません。
この返信の時間の差は何を意味しているのか。想像しかできませんが、単純に無視されているのか、映像があるだけに裁定に慎重なのか、２試合日本で出場するからいろんなしがらみでこの二つが終わって米国に帰ってから裁定なのか、何が起こっているのかわかりませんね。
どういう裁定であれ、本人が唯一コメントしてない「なぜあの瞬間ビクンとしたのか」が聞きたいですが、どちらにせよ待つしかないですね。

なるほどそういうことですか。少し点が線になってきました。私も、まだ非公式情報ですが、第1日目のRulingのFile（競技員が呼ばれたり、裁定した場合は全て記録される）の中には、本件が無さそうな感じです。本当に無いのか、翌日以降分にあるの、私の確認が上手くいってないのか、わかりませんが。ちなみに、全米女子オープンで競技委員が期間中に介在したのは200件近くあるようです。2日目のKさんのリプライのように、裁定があればそれに照らし合わせてUSGAもすぐに返答すればいいはずなので、時間がかかるのも肯けるような気がしてます。また、プチ情報ですが、競技員がLPGAやPGA Tour、南米のゴルフ協会など混成で構成されているようです。USGA開催の競技はそれほどありませんので、自前のリソースが無いことも理解出来ますね。裁定にルールズのダイレクタと担当競技員が関与する必要があるとなると、すぐには出ないのかも知れません。

それとは別ですが、JGA18-2b/1「プレーヤーがスイングを始めた後に球が動く（テレビカメラのズームレンズがこの事実を捕らえていた場合）」のJGA裁定と同様でUSGAに明文化されたもの無いか確認してましたが、見つかりました。USGAの裁定集の34-3/9です。日本のと異なり、観衆の証言をMUSTで受け入れることのオープンなスタンスや、それを支援する為にテレビは有用としているので、問い合わせには何らかのアクションがあってもいいように思います。

私が送ったのは14日ですが、その後の本人のコメントや東スポの件など時系列的に整理して、再度Faxとメールをしました。みなさんや、まとめ管理人さんを援護できたらと思っています。

英語を読んでみた私の感想は、ゴルフに詳しい人が翻訳していない感じがします。単語の使用方法がゴルフのルールブックと異なります。またゴルフの基本的な精神の理解なども。翻訳業者がある程度まとまったら対応しているのでしょうか？

この騒動は本人の発表後、さらに再燃した感がありますが、この英語版も注目を浴びる可能性があると思います。というのも、直訳でしょうが、内容が微妙に異なるニュアンスを持つからです。気になる点としては、

＜日本語版＞　しかし、現場では私も含めて一緒にいた競技委員もキャディーもマーカーも同伴競技者もこの事実に関して、認識していないので、非常に難しい問題です。

＜英語版＞　　その日そこにいた人、競技委員、キャディー、マーカー、同伴競技者はボールの動きに気が付きませんでした。ですから難しい問題です。

あくまで他力本願で、ゴルフの基本的プリンシパルから相当ズレている感じになる。ゴルファーの説明として、どうなのかなと思います。

＜日本語版＞　映像は見ました。動いてるようにも見えますし、揺れたようにも見えます。が、試合をしていたあの状況で私を含めて周りにいた人皆が認識していないので、何とも判断しにくい状況です。

＜英語版＞　　映像は見ました。ボールは動いています。グラグラしてるように見えます。しかしながら、そこにいた人は（私を含みますが）それに気づかないので、この状況下で何かの判断を下すことはとても説明しにくい問題です。

日本語特有の「（本当は動いていないが）動いてるようにも見えます」の（）内の行間意味と「にも」が伝わりません。本来ゴルファーがこのような表現を使うこともないのでしょうが。英語では、現場では気が付かなかったものの、映像で動いてることが分かったように伝わります。またここでも、自分以外の周囲の人が気が付かなかったので、としています。主体やYES/NOをはっきりさせる言語体系ですから、微妙な文章は翻訳不可だと思います。きちんとした英語するなら、日本語版も明確な文章にする必要もあるかと思います。
