全英リコー女子オープンのムービングデイが大変面白い展開になっています。日本時間1日午後９:50現在、三塚優子が2アンダーでトップタイに立っています。
トップと1打差の３位でスタートした三塚は1番でいきなりダブルボギーを叩くも、続く2、3番で連続バーディ。3アンダーでスタートした首位の2人が1打落としたため３名が並んでいます。
また昨日は深いラフに捕まりトリプルボギーを叩くなど運にも少し恵まれなかった感のある宮里藍もここまで猛チャージ！前半を終えて4バーディ、1ボギーと3つスコアを伸ばして通算1アンダー、4位タイまで上がってきています。
この日、宮里以上に完璧なゴルフをしているのが昨年の覇者、申智愛。13番を終えて4バーディ、ノーボギーと一気にイーブンパーまで戻してトップ10に入ってきています。初日、5オーバー「77」を叩いていたのがウソのようです。
男子の全英オープンでもそうでしたが、天候、風、そして深いラフでスコアの変動が大きいのが全英の特徴なのでしょう。そして気付いたら下位グループで彷徨っていた選手が一気に上位に入ってくる（スチュワート・シンク）という展開になりやすいのでしょうか・・・。
